Master Layout is Color for Logos but is all BLACK on Sheet

I'm sure I'm saying things wrong but...

On my master layouts, I put in color logos and some additional colors in for the title blocks... Then when I use the master layout and start placing drawings, the drawings come in as colored BUT the title blocks and logos are all black.

Please tell me how to change this...

Check: Options> Work Environment> Work Environment...>User Preference Schemes> On-Screen View Options> Use uniform color for Master Items on Layouts.

I don't have this window ( On-Screen Options). The last item I have is "Advance redraw options. I am on AC 12. Is this new for AC 13?

In ArchiCAD 12, try Project Preferences > Layouts > Color of Master items on the Layout.
