How do I place a north arrow in a drawing?

Object tool, find north arrow using "Find library parts" pulldown option, top left.

and if you check the parameter 'follow project north' or whatever the local version says, the north arrow will always point to where your project north is set.

Set your project North in the 3D Projection settings > More Sun dialogue (of course )

Related: a heads up if you are using 12. In the US 12 library at least, the north arrow cannot be properly set to be scaleable (fixed size on a layout). Confirmed bug. I'm using the 11 north arrow until this is fixed.
