Organizer view adding views at the bottom of the list automatically

I'm curious to know why I have a large amount of "extra" views at the bottom of my organizer window. Everything I'm working on is in the folders, why do these show up on their own? And they all seem like duplicates of themselves. Is this  a setting I can turn off?

Hi,

Are you dragging elements directly from the project map on layouts? Or using right click, place view on layout each time?

If yes, each time you do this a new view is being created with whatever settings you happen to have at that particular moment.

This is the right click menu that CosminF mentioned.

Every time you use this an new view will be created.
