My PlotFlow stopped working after several years of working fine. I get the "PlotFlow has quit unexpectedly" message every time i try to plot, or start queue.
Any ideas? I'm not sure how to remove and reload this application.

I have no way of knowing, but I suspect OS-10.6 may no longer support Plot flow for X.
I generally 'print' all of my output now instead of plotting.
Just a guess.

Plotflow works fine under 10.6xx, so it's not that. You might delete the preferences for the plotter and the Plotter.prf. You should also delete the old AC preferences for versions you don't have anymore as they build up.
Make sure the spool folder is clear too, it might have a damaged file in it.
I have had that happen when the plotter is weirded out, so I have killed the power and restated the plotted to fix.
I just noticed you are on an older AC version, but Plotflow is still under 9.0 in AC13
