Hi there, I'm using the profile manager tools. I don't know how to remove the rectangular inside the shape. I'm going to have a rectangular hole in the middle of the shape.

If it is part of a profile, open it in the profile editor, select it and delete.
Then re-save the profile.

Thanks for your response, Barry. I'm unable to create a hole. When I delete it, the shape is completely removed.

Ah you do want to create a hole.
I thought you wanted to get rid of it.
Open the profile in the profile manager.
It is just a polygon fill so use the pet palette option to cut a hole (remove an area) of the fill.

Select your grey shape, which is a Fill. Click on a node, swap to subtraction mode, then magic wand the rectangle.

Barry Could you please send me some resources that explain how to use the Profile Manager tool? I didn't see the minus option.

As Ling explained, it is just a fill.
So you edit it like you would any other fill in your plan.
It has nothing to do with the fact that the fill is in the profile manager.

See my image.
Select the fill, left click on the perimeter and the pet palette will appear.
Choose the remove are option and now draw the area you want to remove.

"I'm also trying to create this shape. First, I use the polyline tool to create the entire shape and then I use the fill tool, but the whole shape turns grey. Now, I'm not sure how to make a hole in the middle of this shape." It's not removable.
