I have the only computer in the office that seem to have the PDF option under the save option when publishing. Is there a way to activate the PDF option without having to reinstall the whole program.

Just re-install the PDF Converter: see this post.

Thanks, I think we had too many versions of PDF converters on the machines and archicad got confused.

We have a complimentary program that comes with our printer/plotter that keeps an account of what we print called print exec group. Its used for OCE printers/plotters if you are familiar. It does allow for pdfs to be loaded but plot files would be so much easier. I have tried making plot files from the archicad publisher but it ends up only giving me the first or last sheet in the publisher list. Any ideas for making batch plot files?

You should take a look at PlotFlow (it should be in the PlotFlow folder in your archiCAD folder), PlotFlow allows you to plot to a folder that PlotFlow then sends to the plotter. I don't know how this would work with your other plotting software.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
