Published PDF files are empty

Since upgrading to AC 18 the publishing to PDF function produces empty files. Anyone with a solution for this? I have attached a screenshot for ease of reference.

Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this problem?

Printing files as PDFs one by one is not a great work around - I have found that publishing to a local drive rather than a network will work, but still is an inconvenience.

Cheers,

Nick

Maybe related: Depending on the font being used, special symbols (diameter, degree, etc.) can cause all text to drop out of the published PDF doc. Finding and changing the offending character to a more standard font (Arial for example) rectifies the problem. Not exactly a blank document so not sure this is related.

I am having exactly the same issue with AC19 maybe due to the image fills in the site plan. I tried to generate the file with NitroPDF and Foxit PDF but the document is still blank. I don't know how to fix this.

Hi All,
We have had some issues connected to printing from Mac, some have already been fixed in ARCHICAD 19 updates and ARCHICAD 20.
The latest bug we have registered is about issues during printing schedules.
Let us know if that is the problem you are facing. (The workaround could be to save the Schedule in Excel format. MS Excel also has an option to save files in PDF format.) Also, please check if you are all on the latest updates! Best, k
