Renovation filter - Existing plan showing demo walls differently :/

Hi!
I have a small issue with renovation filter, specifically with the "existing filter" when it comes to walls.
The existing filter needs to show all walls black, even if its a demo wall. However, instead it shows the demo wall as white...
I tried to look into my override settings and did some testing but can't find what it could be...

Below is how my reno filter currently look like. both demo and after constructions are fine, its just the "existing" plan..

Overrides setting for all walls to show black (if i remove this completely, the walls would be all white in renovation)

I don't know what else 😕 😞

have you looked in these settings? specifically the transparent fill option.

Yes, I played with these settings too in each renovation status, all is off and no change if i turn it on.

If I would not have any overrides On, the walls would all show white in existing plan. When I turn on the overrides I have for black walls, they turn all black except wall to demo.

As you know there are 3 reno status - new existing and demo.

Each of these have 3 view option, - show, override or hide.

You can only have one override set up for any status.

So when a filter has it is set to show as overridden, that is what you will see.

You can't have a status show with different override settings in different filters.

You could maybe add extra Graphic Overrides with a criteria to change elements with a reno status of demo to black.

Then you would use the GO to alter the demo elements.

I am not sure if I am understanding well.  If I can't use override in different statues, then it would show in each status everything the same without showing difference what is demo and what is new.

Below is my settings. All looks good in each renovation statuses, except existing where it would show the wall to be demo wrong. not as is.

Existing
existing elements - Show - because I want to show as is (it works without the wall to demo)

Elements to be demolished - show
New elements - Hide

Demo:

Existing elements - Show

Elements to be Demolished - Override (so I can see them in red dotted)

New elements - Hide

New construction

Existing elements - Override

Elements to be demolished - hide

new elements - override

Can you please let me know where is mistake?

if the walls are typically white with no overrides, that's where you problem lies.

your graphic override (not renovation overrides) is telling it to make ONLY the existing walls black. it should be existing AND demolish (or NOT new would work too)

You set the override settings for 'demolished' to be red dashed lines.

That means the when your filters 'show' demolished items, they will appear as normal.

When a filters 'override' the demolished items, they will appear as red and dashed.

When you hide them of course you won't see them at all.

You can have numerous filters, but when ever they are set to override the demo elements, they will always be red and dashed.

You can't have a filter than now shows them and blue and dotted, because the override is not set to do that.

They only way I think you can change the default reno override is to add in a Graphic Override that now changes any demo elements to blue.

So now when you activate a certain reno filter, you can also activate the extra GO to change the demo elements to something else.
