Section Part Marker and Section Marker Rotations.....locked into showing the information certain way

So..I understand that you read drawing annotation from head on and from the right as though you tilt your head to the left so you can 'always' read the text rotated to the right...but how can you overwrite the Section Marker Part and the Section Marker to allow me to 'rotate' the markers so I can have the head of the marker on top and the tail on the bottom?

If it is the Section Part Marker_NCS 23, then Section settings > Marker Symbol and Text > Marker Geometry, Appearance > Flip Marker.

in AC22....it's located slightly differently than in AC23.
Go figure. GS...always switching and hiding where those darn "check boxes" and "functionalities" are.
