Select door to show on multiple renovation filters

Can someone please tell me how can i add an option for a door/window to be able to show it on multiple renovation filters custom selected and not relevant filters?

Hi,

If you like to show a door in multi custom reno. filters I guess you can't but you can do the opposite like to show the door/s in All Relevant Filters so it follows Renovation Filters Rules & hide it in multi custom reno. filters while being able to save & recall this hidden door via selections palette as illustrated below:
