Set View Settings - Graphic Overrides Showing Material as Linework (Fill)

I need to present the same elevation in different styles.

How can I create a Graphic Override that displays the Material, for example the brick material, as line work?

(Attached are 3 screenshots that show the process that I am trying to adopt).
