Setting Pens for printing

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have moved to ArchiCAD from AutoCAD. I have set up drawings in my Layouts and now want to print them. In AutoCAD I set my pen colours and sizes and in my pen table. I can set my pens individually to display in colour but print in black or colour and at different thickness. How do I do this in ArchiCAD? At the moment I can set to print in black or in colour but cant set individual pens to print in colour with everything else printing in black.

Look up pen sets in the user manual. (Options --> Attributes --> Pens & Colors...)

We use one pen set for saved views (that have colors). And a second identical pen set for layouts (that have most of those colors above turned to black).

You can save the views to use the color pens set and the "viewports" to be set to the black pen set.
