I need to print A3 and A1. So do I create A3 and set it to A1 and print it?

I need to print A3 and A1.
So do I create A3 and set it to A1 and print it?
Or do I create A1 and print it to A3?

I would like to know how to use it generally.

Most of our layouts are A1 and are set as that for the default page size. We do this because it assists with scaling as A3 is 50% of A1.

Create both A3 and A1 and print them as they are.

I would create publisher sets based on page size, publish as PDF, and then print each PDF separately. That way, I only have to change paper size once when printing.
