I double click on the text to add information but it doesn't allow me...

That's an Autotext element. Go to File> Info> Project Info... and fill in the corresponding text fields. Alternatively edit your Title Master to suit your needs.

thank you....appreciate...but notice there is nothing for company name...is there an insert...

Actually, I got it wrong. The fields with the # in front are Autotext (read from Project Info, or in the case of Drawing name and Scale, read from the layout), the Company Name looks like a standard text element, so I don't know why you can't edit it. And it doesn't look like it is Locked (Edit> Locking...) as the selection nodes are not greyed, so I am stumped. Sorry.

Try selecting the Text tool before attempting to edit.

i believe you need to edit the text for the masters in the project navigator and not the layout book.
they are under the details section.

'000masterTitle'

or something like that.
