Title ID text centred

I am unable to find the way to centre the ID text and back reference on the drawing title. Image attached shows the issue. Any help would be great thanks.

Operating system used: Windows

Please do not double post.

Drawing Titles are objects so it would be helpful if you provide the name of the object that you are using.
