Transparent Text Frame?

Possible to have a standard offset for all text with the frame as a 0, Transparent?
The white frame obstructs elements.

I previously set offsets by snapping to the center of the text, but that is too great of an offset:

Solution, turn off the frame and leave the Opaque fill set to 0, Transparent.
