Unable to import DWG and PDF to worksheet or model view.

Hi,

I'm facing a weird issue. I'm unable to import any DWG and PDF. I've tried different drawing types and whenever I "open" the drawing nothing is happening, no error or any messages popping up. The drawing just doesn't appear and is not only any hidden layer.

Thank you for the question and I am very sorry about the experience!

This is definitely a rare issue. May I ask which Archicad version you are using? Does the issue happen even with a brand new project file? How about importing other file formats, like JPG?

Hi Minh,

I was using AC22. I tried restarting my machine. It got fixed and was able to import the drawing. Might have been just a weird glitch in the matrix. Thank you.
