Zone stamp text style alignment greyed out

I have a pretty tight room that would benefit from having the text aligned to the right, but the text alignment options are greyed out. Any simple toggle that I should know about?

It is not controlled there.

Look further into the settings.

Each scale and even each line of text will have its own settings.
