angle dimension arrow markers point in same direction on layouts

why do the arrow markers in the angle dimensions point in the same direction in layouts but not in views? see pics

Weird phenomenon.

Can you try to decrease the size of the markers and see if that makes any difference?

no change. reduced them down to 1mm

Is your model by any chance far from the Project Origin?

In the past, users have encountered issues where the content of Drawings on Layouts does not correspond to what they see in the Drawing's source View. Modeling near the Project Origin fixes those types of issues.

They are away from the origin. Ill play with it when i get back from holiday.

I played with it and moved the truss close to the origin and placed a new angle dimension with the same result on the layout.

I suggest that you report this issue to your local reseller.

One last question: if you place such an Angle Dimension in a brand new Project (New & Reset, Archicad default Template), is it displayed correctly? Also, if you copy-paste the Angle Dimension into this brand new Project, is it displayed correctly?

I am trying to figure out if the issue is file-specific or it happens in even new Projects.
