cadimage Keynote Mac OS X edition - non-functional export

Cadimage's excel file provided with the application to export XML is nonfunctional. I have not been able to get any support/response from cadimage. The export button on the excel file does not work and comes up with error messages. Has anyone else experience this problem and has any one gotten a response from any email to supprt at cadimage?

Cadimage have been on their Christmas holidays (it's summer down here). They were due back on Monday 9th, so you should get a response now. Maybe try them again.
