can't create a custom CUT FILL

Hi! I tried to create new fill but what I need it to be is also a "cut fill". it does not let me do it and this is exactly why I needed to create a custom fill. it does not say why I can't save it as cut fill.... also no matter what my setting is, the line showing in the middle won't dissapear and it shows like that even when using as a standard fill (not cut fill). I don't want to show any lines/fill separators in my fills, could I delete it? 

please help?

Image fills can only be used as Drafting fills or cover fills, not cut fills

would you know how to remove the line when the pattern repeats? It shows in floor plan . I’m ok the patterns repeats but don’t like when line shows in the middle of it when it’s not needed

It looks like an issue with the original Image.

you will need to fix that to get rid of the line.

i do not get lines when i make image fills.
