change print options of all sheets at once?

When Publishing to a printer for an 11 by 17 checkset I chose in the printer options to "fit to page." This works fine. However when I select all the sheets and change the option to "fit to page" it still only changes one of the sheets. The result is that I have to change the print option to "fit to page" for each sheet one at a time instead of all at once. Is there any way to select them all and change them all at the same time?

Put all of your sheets into a folder and change the print options of the folder. Because you've already started changing settings, you may need to change the settings to something different and them change them all back to get every setting of every page to change.

Unfortunately this doesn't apply to new drawings added to the Publishing set.
