Also (if viewing a layout), make sure all the appropriate layers are on. Sometimes when switching back & forth from view sets to layouts, PM layers that have the title block info for instance, may get turned off.Yes, it sounds like it could be a layering problem. In AC10 it's best to consider two separate environments: Modeling and Layouting. Each environment has it's own specific settings. Below is a list I've come up with (so it is by no means official or necessarily complete) on what settings are specific to each environment. To help eliminate any doubt it is followed by a list of what is not specific to each environment. That is to say that each item should be checked separately, sometimes not only for each environment, but for each window within each environment:

If we select multiple layouts in the Navigator or Organizer and edit their settings, but only changing their master layouts, the layout names all become the SAME (and we can't undo); That's a doozy. I was just showing someone how to import masters from another file, selected the layouts and assigned the new master, and now all layouts are called "Joinery Fittings". Oops.

it is precisely because of this that our office uses the archicad layer for all of our master template info. the only thing that could possibly hide the master template info for us is the on screen display option or a bogus pen set.
