layouting the drawing far from page

hello

i am working in archicad 10 for 2 years and having a prob i cant solve:
each time i bring a drawing to the layout page - the drawing comes out very far from page.

in order to arrage it i have to zoom-extent and bring it back to the page
hope someone can help

Hi,
First, AC 14 is now released. So if you can, make an upgrade. It's far more better
Second, maybe you need to,simple, drag your drawings in to layout. It will be right there in the screen.
I have never met a problem as such.

Your drawing was probably created a long way from the default origin.
If you can draw closer to the origin.

Otherwise before you place the drawing on a layout got to the default setting for the drawing tool.

Turn of the "Use drawings internal origin as anchor" and see if that makes a difference.
