Can i know how to use plotmaker. im not able to import my Archicad drawings onto plotmaker layout window n i need to change the scale for each n every drawings.

Do the test import, see how it all fits, redefine the views (clone folders, change scales - you can do it on more than one view at a time!), update. Keep both ArchiCAD and PLotMaker open, jump between the two, tweak the views, update on the fly. Two iterations, three at maximum, is all it takes.

It takes much less time to do than to describe. The real time it takes is the first time. Then, build your template.
