printing to scale - mine prints just a little off.

I am trying to publish and print drawings at 1/4" scale on 24"x36" paper.
The prints do not come out to scale. I used to be able to and must have changed something without realizing it.
I am looking for any help anyone may offer. I need to print these construction documents and turn them over to the client.
When I am in the publishing screen the drawings read 1/4"=1'0" and while I am drawing I use the 1/4" scale.
The measurement of 14'-0", scales by hand at 14' -4".

Just wondering if you can do a Print Screen of your Printer Dialogue box as you go to print.
