I create a "sheet index" for every project and place it on my cover sheet. Currently I control the layouts that show in this index with the layout master, ie as I develop my layouts I assign one of our two masters to the layouts I wish to show in the index. Any layout that is not ready, I assign another random master (like an 8.5 x 11 master). Then I take the layouts that are "ready to publish" and drag them into my "layouts to pdf" publisher set. But I would love to eliminate a step and just have any layout in the "layouts to pdf" publisher set just automatically show in the sheet index. Any way to do that? or any other ideas?
