stuck in "open source view"

In the course of trying to figure out why my plan details light colors have turned to gold, and my zone are showing up in the layout book (image one).. I choose "open source view" and now my restroom plan detail looks like this (second image),(yes I still draft with a black background) and I can't remember how to get it back. ( I blame having to draft while my kids are on summer break )
