License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

turning off the "blending of elements" feature in section?

I have been trying to model all the framing of an addition I'm doing so that I can see the floor framing etc in section. However, when I do this using the beam tool to make each member a beam of the proper size (joists 1 1/2 by 10) sill (1 1/2 by 5 1/2) etc. they blend together in section so you cant see how they are stacked. In other words there is no line between them if they are touching. Archicad gets rid of the line that would normally be between the lumber in a detail drawing. Is there any way to turn this blending together of elements off?

You have to change the "CUT Fill" of the Stacked beams so that they have a different fill to get the line between them.
