window marker 18 oval with wings

When selection the oval marker I get a variety of "extra" shape depending on the text. Anybody know if this is a bug.

My first guess is that it's not a bug but a limitation in the code that you have exceeded somehow (too tall, too short, etc.). What are your settings? A screen shot might be helpful.

I can get this when the Marker Height is too large. Go to Window Settings > Dimension Marker > Marker Height (under the Font Size) and reduce the size.

I poked around a bit and found it has something to do with a migrated project. The ArchiCAD 18 template file has no problems.
