At my office we need some symbols that I can´t find anywhere online, so I decided to try create them myself as objects so also my colleagues could use them. I am not familiar with scripting, but my guess is that for what I want to do it shouldn´t be to difficult to do. I found an object of a wheelchair with the option of turning on and off the minimal space, represented in a dotted line around the wheelchair. I would like to do excalty the same with another symbol. I tried opening the wheelchair object and check the parameters as a reference but couldn´t figure out how to do it the same. I looked into tutorials but they are way to advance to what I want to do and require a lot of time that I don´t have. Is there any link to a specific tutorial that could help me? I don´t need to display this object in 3D, only 2D. It would be great to be able to add other options like displaying a text with the dimension of the minimal space for example.
Operating system used: Windows

hello maurotrotta, how are you?
Do you want to edit the objects and put that minimum space on them?
If so, you can enter the object's 2D script and use a basic geometric shape, such as a rectangle or circle, to appear in 2D.
However, it is necessary to know the basics to place these shapes within the Object:
1 - Shape Command
2 - Line Type
3 - Create a variable to turn the shape on and off (as in the object you mentioned)
4 - It is necessary to know the position of the object to place the shape centered.
If you want to do a test with a blank object it is better to understand the concepts.
