GDL: Why are the editors so incredibly slow now on 4k multi monitors?

Love the context tools and auto fill...great

but what happened that causes this incredible slow down?

Can you turn the help tools off?

Hi Mark,

a workaround might be to set the screen scale factor to 100%. For me it did speed up the GDL Editor. Good luck.

The same problem was posted in https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/GDL/GDL-editor-AC27-far-from-being-usable/td-p/581752 some time ago.

I posted this regression to the team and they are looking for a solution.

The problem then is 100% scale on a 4K monitor can make toolbars, dialogues, etc., in Archicad tiny.

So then you may have to change the screen resolution to a lower level.

Versions 6.5 to 27
i7-10700 @ 2.9Ghz, 32GB ram, GeForce RTX 2060 (6GB), Windows 10
Lenovo Thinkpad - i7-1270P 2.20 GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia T550, Windows 11

Well would be so nice if we FINALLY got multi monitor support on windows...its a real issue in this day and age...I could easily drag it onto one of the 2k windows...:-(
