Import RFA as GDL Object password

So, i have downloaded a RFA model and imported with the command "Import RFA as GDL Object...", but the gdl object have some wrong parameters, well, i did open the object, but it was password protected, is that password commom for all RFA objects? Is it specific? Is there a way of editing the object?

I have never known the RFA to GDL import to set a password.

But if there is a password then it is not a default one as far as I know and I have no idea how it got there.

Unless the RFA object had a password in the first place?

 

You will need to know the password to edit the object.

Yes, maybe the password came from the rfa file

According to this article dated 2023 it is not possible to password protect a revit family. 🤷
