Parameter Arrays, Values{2}, and indiviual cell selection option

Hi every one,

We all know that we can use Values{2} with an array parameter so that all cells can have the same numbers of selection.

Is there a way were to achieve that different cells can have different selection options ???
e.g.:

values{2} paramArray[1][3],
A, B, C

values{2} paramArray[2][2],
A, D, E

Apparently there isn't a way (directly or indirectly) to achieve this
