Yes, Teamwork is a problem...

When can we expect a compatible release with the current Intel-based AC26 4019 build?

When the release version of the Apple ARM build is published by the end of the year.  The current ARM builds are previews only for getting a sense of what kind of speed difference (other than TW of course) to anticipate… and to report any issues to Graphisoft’s so that the release build will be as solid as possible.

I would like to try it on ongoing projects and provide feedback. a minor problem is, that our projects are almost exclusively TW projects. there is no solution then.

GS would have a lot of feedback if AC26ARM matches TW versions.

Hi,

thank you for the opportunity to experience ARM before the official version is released.

my first impression is that everything is working in about X7 times faster than the intel based version. The files are opening faster - navigation between views is faster - cineware is working faster, but only in about 2% more (i'll take any % there).

All and all looks great - looking forward for the official version 🙂

Thank you again!

I found some problem in the preview of the interface in creating objects.

The command "UI_LISTFIELD" doesn't work fine; the window of the command extends outside of the setting window..

It works fine instead in the definite version when the object is published.

I think the problem is also in preview versions.

I made some considerations on the last update on Grasshopper connection.

There was some issues; it seams the previews version worked better with objects, on managing connection.

Since the Public version of Archicad 26 ARM is out now, I just wanted to know, whether the same is macOS ventura ready or not.

It matches the current MacIntel version so it has the same bugs like “erasing” the first digit in the tracker and unable to scroll lists. Because of this and based on GS reasoning it means that it is not ready for Ventura. Still I am using it without other issues.

The new link to download the Grasshopper plugin connection for ARM Silicon AC26 doesn't work to me.

Because the release version of AC 26 for Apple Silicon / ARM processors (M1, M2, etc) is out, I am closing this topic to new comments.  Please raise any issues on the release version in whatever forum here most closely matches the issue discovered.  Thanks.
