Hi,
I’m dealing with an issue with my profile. I’ve been using this account for over 8 years and it’s linked to my work email. Ideally, I’d like to switch it to my personal email, but it seems that the email address is locked to the account and can’t be changed.
I really don’t want to delete this profile (I’m quite attached to it 😊), but I do have another personal account that I’d be happy to delete if that would help free up the email address.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Or could someone advise how to resolve this or who I should contact?

For the record: if you send us an email to community@graphisoft.com, we can change the Graphisoft ID connected to your profile. If it's not needed, because you have only one ID and it's not a problem to change email (e.g. because of licensing as it was mentioned by vistasp), then you can change your email address in your Graphisoft ID settings.

I think your email address is tied to your Graphisoft ID. Be careful with changing that, because the ID may also be tied to your licence... at least for a solo practitioner like myself, it is.
