Coordinate Constraint won't turn off

Nope. I'm somehow locked into a radial constraint, no matter how much I press alt + R (I accidentally turned it on while opening my graphics card dialogue.) 

It's basically rendering Archicad unusable. Any ideas how I can get rid permanently?

Pressing the same key combination should turn it on/off.

If not, then just draw something - it is a one use only feature.

Or restart Archicad.
