Hi! I have an issue with ArchiCAD more specific with the Teamwork, it appears that I'm offline when I'm most certainly not and I tried to restart the app, my computer, turned off all the firewalls but nothing changes. I'm 90% sure that mi internet is blocking the BIMcloud but idk how to deactivate that. If someone could help me, I will be me more that grateful.
this is the results when I did the network diagnostic in ArchiCAD.

Try the usual suspects
Firewalls at either end blocking?
Check your port number is set correctly at both ends

...in particular, this step which shows the addresses:
Also, try pinging the BIMcloud IP / server address (via CMD, assuming you're on Windows), your computer should be able to see the server.

HI! the link you sent is not working for me because I'm not the master admin and the server that I want to connect is already created but I'm not able to access idk why. I was able to see the server but when I was connected to my office's Wi-Fi.

OK, so it was connecting ok when on your office wifi?
How are you connecting (or trying to) now?
If you're outside the office and don't have a VPN connection it's likely your BIMcloud server is not public facing (not a bad thing for security)
If you're in the office, but now connected via a network cable then it's probably some network config issue inside your office

-Yes, when I was at the office wors well.
-I'm trying to use my internet because I'm at home trying to work from here
-Should I download a VPN? and when I install it should a specific country or state? (I'm in USA)
-I was using the office's Wi-Fi and everything worked well I could access to the teamwork and see the files but now that I'm at my home I can't. You think the vpn could fix this issue ?

I expect your office BIMCloud server is not visible outside the office, so you'll need access to your office network from outside - this would require a VPN.
The VPN will need to be set up by your company IT people, once configured it'll give your computer access to your company network from outside the office.
(Sort of like a very long virtual network cable)

If your IT need to setup something in the interm until you get a budget to setup for a VPN, you can setup what is called a "Mesh Network". There are some free ones out there. I have personally tried Hamachi and Neo Router while we were planning out our VPN, both apps worked. This was a great solution for us to get us online right away. You will need an IT administrator to set this up for you.

Thanks for your help, everyone. I could not see the server because we supposed to use another address when we are not at the office. So, all good, thanks again
