I am looking for someone to recreate from /y Microstation files - 3d and 2d model of the building and all sheets. Need to find a reasonable price or as we can just go back to Microstation.

The problem is i need someone in hte SE of the US. Nashville would be best. There needs to be one on one.

I can do this myself however exploring ways to make it easier for me.
Need to recreate model. Plans, elevations, sections, details - All sheets from the model and pdf I will provide.
Everything is currently in a 3d model in Microstation and all sections, elevations, etc. are from the live model and these are live to.
Then there are sheets of details that are just 2d. Free for me to stay in Microstation but as it can model 3d and movies too.
However I have invested with Graphisoft and giving it one more try.

Is it possible to export a 3D IFC model from Microstation?
You should set it to export geometries as Extrusions (not BREPs - Boundary REPresentations). That way, there is a greater chance that many geometries can be converted into native Archicad elements when you import the IFC into Archicad.
Then you would have much less 3D geometry to model.
Or, even if you had to model a lot of things in Archicad, you would still have the reference 3D geometry of the IFC file to go by, which would make the modeling faster.
