Archicad Onboarding

We have committed some of our resources to optimize the learning curve of Archicad for newcomers, through in-app onboarding features like extended, animated tooltips and even more in-depth, step-by-step coach marks for most of our basic interface functions.

This content is provided through a cloud based database, so content will be added regardless of Archicad updates and is not expected to work when being offline. Also if you are a more experienced user and want to revert to the very basic system, you can do some from the Help menu, but be on the lookout since these can provide some very useful tips for advanced users as well.

Really interesting! That will help many of my clients! Some questions from my side:

• Is it possible to individualize the tooltips? That for example the bim-manager can create special tooltips for different modeling-tips or add hints directly in the settings?
• We’re creating different videos and worksheets for our customers and would like to add them as tooltips directly into archicad, could we individualize them for different customers in Switzerland?
