I have checked the issue, seems that if you save 4.3 schema IFC from
AC29 then these don't get exported. It is a bug, I have entered to our

in a zip so that I can have a look at it?Did you export it as IFC4?
Because the above mentioned entities are not available in the IFC2x3
schema.
