Bug with hiding layers

Does anyone else have a weird bug that keeps happening when hiding a layer? I'll hide the layer in a plan view, go into a 3D perspective, and when I switch back to the plan view, the layer is back but unable to be hidden as it is already hidden. The solution is simple- you just show all layers and then hide the ones you want to remain hidden, but it is a fairly annoying and tedious process. Is this a bug? Has anyone else had this issue?

Looks like it. There seems to be varying levels of trouble with this problem. Sometimes hiding the layers works perfectly fine, other times the layers become almost frozen, or reappear when hidden without the ability to re hide them. Very frustrating.
