Direct Distance Input in Tracker using the forward-slash "/" shortcut for inch input

I noticed strange behavior when typing in measurements in the tracker, e.g. "Y Distance"...  .5/... then using the "+" to nudge or "--" to nudge. It seams to ignore the inches and move 0.5' instead of 1/2". In past releases you could use the "/" key instead of the " (double quote) key when typing in distance.  AC 28 seems to ignore the "/" about 20% of the time. The other 80% it seems to work as usual.
