Multi Monitor

Hello,

Is there multi monitor support in AC 28 on Window 10/11 ( the

last macOS version have dual screen ) ?

For exemple Revit and others software have multi monitor support.

It would be convenient to draw in plan and have real-time elevations, sections and 3D on other monitors.

Moving to Archicad from other CAD software, I was surprised at the lack of real-time updating. The ability to work in one view and have the other views show the changes would be a really great improvement.

Absolutely unacceptable we're in 2024 and this is still not supported.

It all depends what you call multi-monitor support.

Many of us work with 2, 3 or even 4 screens already.

Archicad can be stretched across these screens.

I believe Macs a re a little better at this than Windows based machines.

I just wanted to clarify this.

As the original poster mentioned, the windows (views) will not be completely live.

You must click in the window (view) to activate it and have it automatically update.

I too would like to see completely live views, but as I understand it this would put a considerable load on the processing power of Archicad and would probably involve a major re-write of the software.

Until then all we can do is hope.

Barry.
