13 install, hotfix, and MEP

wasn't smart enough to read directions before imstalling 13 ona new computer. Installed 13 and hotfix #1 then tried to install MEP modeler. It appears I was suppose to install MEP prior to installing the hotfix. I tried to reinstall the hotfix but that doesn't work. So do I need to unistall 13 completely and start over? Or is there a kinder and simpler way?

I would assume (although I always get into trouble assuming things) - that the MEP modeler download has been updated for the hotfix, so you might try downloading that:
