AC 13 - Bug

We have found a bug in AC13. Selected objects such as walls, do not deselect when we move onto another object. We have to rebuild the project to deselect it. Anybody else find this?

I have seen that too.
I have also seen people trying to draw Walls or lines and the rubber-band line not appearing which shows the would-be Wall or line.
I think these are all graphics card driver problem candidates.
