AC12 won't install

I have downloaded AC12 and attempted to install. At startup of installation, I get the error message "jarfile not found or corrupt"
Local dealer and tech suport are unhelpful/unresponsive, so I reach out to the international support team.
Any ideas?

It is difficult to offer any help unless we know which version of AC (int./us/....etc..) your are trying to install and onto what computer/OS

Problem solved. Dealer's third download file to me fixed the "jarhead file not found" problem.
