AC19 and "Windows Home Premium Edition" "Windows10"?

Can Archicad 19 run on the a Windows Home Premium Edition and/or a Windows 10 OS?

So.....in a short answer................DON'T install AC18 or AC19 on a Windows10 OS........just yet.

From what I understand, isn't the MicroSoft offices "right" next door to the GS Headquarters? The programmers from both companies should have a lunch pow-wow session. Make sure coding talks to each other properly.....wouldn't you think?

What I am reading is that AC18/19 are supported, there are a few small issues you can work around, but nothing major.
Steve Jepson, for example, reported that it is working for him just fine:
