If it has happened only recently then I would suspect something that has happened to your machine(s).
Usually I would suggest that you make sure your operating system and drivers are all up to date (as I did in you other post), but if something has updated just recently then I would say to try rolling back your system to what it was before.
You mention a lack of memory - check that your local hard drive is not becoming full.
That can affect performance.
