AC27.1.0 Labels Moving Randomly

The label bug is back.

Selecting affected labels and opening/closing settings fixes them.

and Thankfully!! they always show correctly in Layouts.

There was a similar bug to this before where the entire label would move and it only affected the on screen view. Print and published layouts were fine and selecting them and opening the parameters fixed it.
